Formal membership is offered to regular attenders (in person) of Faith Assembly.  There are four requirements to be a formal member:

1.  Be a born again believer, living God's truths and standards to the best of your ability.

2.  Watch this video, "Rooted", which explains church membership at Faith Assembly.

3.  Print the "Resources" attachment, sign it and place it in the offering bucket during service.

4.  Have your membership request be reviewed, and approved of, by the Church Board.
